• Subscription Charges: When purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize Fluxzy SAS (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the Subscription.
• Recurring Payments: By purchasing a subscription, you accept responsibility for all recurring charges made with your credit card.
• Refund Policy: A 7-day refund policy applies to monthly subscriptions and a 14-day refund policy applies to yearly subscriptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fluxzy SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Modifications to Service

Fluxzy SAS reserves the exclusive right to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our services, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change the licensing of any offline tools at our sole discretion.
