Welcome to the Fluxzy Desktop Community Edition. Please note that these terms apply in addition to the general Fluxzy Desktop license. We are pleased to offer this version of our HTTP debugger for personal exploration, learning, and non-profit activities. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before using this software.
In order to access and benefit from the Community Edition of Fluxzy Desktop, users must be registered with our system. This registration process helps us ensure that our community remains secure and that we can provide you with updates and support when necessary. We value your privacy, and while registration is required, no personal data beyond what is necessary for account creation is collected.
The Community Edition is intended for personal use, educational purposes, or use within a non-profit organization. Any commercial use beyond these specified purposes may require a different licensing agreement.
The Community Edition is provided as a trial version of our application. This means you can explore its capabilities and evaluate whether it meets your needs. We encourage you to experiment with its features and provide feedback, which is invaluable as we continue to improve our product.
Fluxzy Desktop Community Edition is offered "as is" and without any warranties of any kind, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By using this software, you acknowledge and accept that it is provided without any guarantee of performance, reliability, or error-free operation.
This license is granted on a non-guaranteed basis, which means that we reserve the right to change, update, or even remove this license at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any changes. Continued use of the Community Edition constitutes your acceptance of any modifications to these terms.
To ensure that our software remains up-to-date and secure, the Community Edition is designed to automatically update. Automatic updates are mandatory and cannot be disabled. In the event of an application crash, anonymous crash data is automatically sent to the Fluxzy Cloud for diagnostic and improvement purposes. No personal data is transmitted during these updates or when sending crash data.
Reverse engineering of the Fluxzy Desktop Community Edition is strictly prohibited. This includes any attempts to decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code or underlying algorithms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fluxzy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Community Edition, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or any other matter relating to the Community Edition.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the parties' original intent.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data during the registration process and while using our services, please refer to our Privacy Policy. No personal data is transmitted to our servers beyond what is required for account creation, and anonymous crash data is used solely for improving the service.
